Kristen Seyler, our Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations, has been an integral part of Innovative Career Resources since 2005. Kristen graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and currently holds a PHR & SHRM-CP certifications. Kristen currently oversees all of our Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring that our team is committed to and excels in identifying top talent and cohesively finding our associates the ‘perfect’ career opportunity. This, combined with her in-depth knowledge of our clients and their needs, ensures that our team provides highly-skilled candidates to our clients in a timely manner.

On her off time Kristen enjoys reading, traveling, but most of all loves spending time with her family and cherishes her role as a “Mommy.”
